The award ceremony took place on Saturday, September 10th during NYFW at New York City’s iconic Rainbow Room. The award was presented by his mentee and close friend, Rebecca Hessel Cohen, founder of brand Love Shack Fancy. The ceremony was hosted by actress Busy Phillips and additional honorees included Doja Cat (Breakthrough Fashion Icon), Gigi Hadid & Francesca Aiello for Gigi x Frankie Bikinis (Fashion Collaboration of the Year), Olivia Culpo (Celebrity Entrepreneur), Mell Ottenberg for Interview Magazine (Editor of the Year), among others.
